Відповідно до Закону України «Про захист прав споживачів», протягом 14 днів з моменту оформлення покупки товар належної якості, який з будь-яких причин не сподобався покупцю, можна повернути.
Для того щоб повернути гроші або обміняти товар у покупця, обов’язково має бути чек (касовий або товарний).
Згідно зі статтею 9 Закону України «Про захист прав споживачів», обмін товару належної якості провадиться, якщо збережено розрахунковий документ, виданий споживачеві разом з проданим товаром. Наявність чеку є підставою для обміну або повернення товару та доказом того, що саме в цьому магазині ви придбали товар.
